How do I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, you can start the process by filling out the Contact Us form or emailing us at customerservice@pepwear.com. For fastest results, have your order number and name associated with the order ready.

When will my order ship?

  • DATED/CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Orders are expected to ship in 3-5 weeks from event end date. Orders are collected for on-demand production and shipment. 
  • NON-DATED PRODUCTS: Your merchandise order will typically ship within 1-5 business days from our office in Cedar Hill, Texas. Your order will be shipped by USPS and you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
  • ORDER WINDOW/FLASH SALE: Flash sale products will always have an expected ship date on the product page. Items typically ship 7-10 business days after the order window close date.
  • For any other questions on when to expect shipment, please refer to the product description on the product page or you can email us at customerservice@pepwear.com.

 Return/Exchanges:

  • DATED/CUSTOM PRODUCTS: These products are not available for exchanges or returns. If the product is misprinted or is damaged, please contact us at customerservice@pepwear.com or contact us through the Contact Us form.
  • NON-DATED PRODUCTS: Depending on product availability, we can offer an exchange or refund. You can start the process by emailing us at customerservice@pepwear.com or contact us through the Contact Us form.
  • Any unused items purchased from PepWear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date or shipped date (if order required shipping). PepWear is not responsible for any defective items after 30 days of the shipped date. 
  • To request a returns, exchanges, or refunds please contact PepWear at customerservice@pepwear.com or fill out the Contact Us form. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of the order date or shipment date (if order required shipping).
